Really stretching a bit with the word classic here, so let’s just file this one under “cool enthusiast V10 that I’d like to have as a second daily”. Here is the BMW E60 M5, the fourth U.S. variant of the M-division 4-door that started production in 2005. It was the world’s first production sedan to feature a V10 gas engine, and in the States, we got the six-speed manual transmission option.
At the time of its release, it was both the quickest (0 – 60 4.1 sec) and fastest (top speed 205mph) 4-door sedan in the world. It’s what you can do with a 5L V10 pushing 507-bhp and 384lb ft of torque. By the end of the E60 run, more than 20,500 were sold. Here’s your chance to own the last V10 BMW will ever likely produce.
We found this one for sale with an asking price of $18,500. Nicely optioned, lots of recent maintenance records and just over 115k miles on it. Contact us for more details and we can share the owner information.
